I received this Vim Floor Cleaner in exchange for my honest thoughts. My favourite thing about this floor cleaner, the thing that makes me prefer it over other cleaners, is the scent. I love the way it smells fresh and clean without smelling like 'cleaning products'. The scent actually reminds me of my dad (a total outdoors guy) which is is kind of an awesome thing when cleaning my floors, which is one of my least favourite chores.
Of course, scent alone isn't going to make me purchase a cleaner, so, how did it do on my floors? I tried it, diluted, on my kitchen (linoleum) floor just in a routine wash of the floor, no tough spills or anything. It held up to its claims, leaving my floor streak free and shiny clean. Next I tried it on my tiles in the entry way. Now this is an area of my house where the floor should probably be washed daily; a lot of life happens here. Coffee spills, always when we are hurrying out, muddy shoes coming in, something sticky that I have no clue what is, 4 kids, a cat, and two adults.... and almost white tiles! Well I gave the floor a sweep and wipe and then came back with some Vim floor cleaner, undiluted, for some tough spots that needed some extra attention. In moments the spots were gone.
Lastly I tried the Vim on my laminate flooring, which is not listed on the bottle as something to wash with it but I tested it in an inconspicuous spot and then decided to tackle a packing tape mark that has been bothering me for a while. It took but a few seconds to wash that off.
The one thing that I don't love about it is that I can't use it on my hardwood and still have to buy a separate cleaner for that.

I received a bottle of AVEENO Positively Radiant Body Lotion in exchange for a review. All opinions are my own. When I first put this lotion on my daughter came into the room and asked if great grandma was visiting! I guess the scent of this lotion smells pretty strongly of my grandma. I did find that the fragrance of the lotion lasted longer than the moisturizing effect. As much as I like the aroma of this in a body wash it is a little over powering to have it wafting off me all day. As far as moisturizing went it did a decent job but no better than any other lotions I use. I know I've said a lot about the scent already but basically it comes down to that I would probably use this lotion regularly if it wasn't for the strong scent. -

I received this in exchange for an honest review.For starters, I really liked that this body wash smells just like the Aveeno Positively Radiant make-up remover wipes I use. When I used this wash for the first time I was surprised at how coarse it was but when I scrubbed with it I didn't find it too abrasive. It did a great job clearing away dead skin and yet left my skin feeling moisturized. I truly felt radiant, like my skin was fresh and pure. After using it on my body I decided it would be ok to try it on my face too and I was right! Gentle enough for your face and good enough for the body? Sounds too good to be true but it's not! I'm happy to have found a new body wash to have as a regular for my showers. -

Though I received this shampoo free for review, all thoughts are my own. I used this shampoo for a few weeks and while I love the scent of it, I didn't find it to be very effective. I found my head feeling like it needed to be washed more often than I like to wash my hair. My hair did fine with this shampoo but I need something that makes my scalp feel good too. It does have a good lather and makes my hair look good but I won't be buying it. -

I was sent a bottle of this conditioner in exchange for a review. All thoughts are my own. I really like this conditioner. The scent reminds me of that new baby doll smell, which i happen to love! I used this conditioner for a few weeks and after the first few uses I noticed that my hair wasn't looking as damaged. I had less split/broken/dead ends and a healthy shine to my hair. One complaint I have about it is the packaging. I found the bottle to be uncomfortable in my hand... even though I have large hands it was awkwardly wide in them. I also thought the label looked dull and unappealing, not to mention that it gets wrinkly and worn feeling in the shower after awhile. -

I received a bottle of Love Beauty & Planet Shea Butter and Sandalwood Majestic Moisture Body Wash free for review and have been using it for a couple weeks. I was not impressed with the scent or the job it did cleaning. I found the scent to not match the conditioner and shampoo...it seemed like something was off about it. My skin didn't feel moisturized after a shower and it didn't feel clean either. I did like that the bottle had a pump dispenser though. -

When I'm looking for an ice-cream I'm not looking because I want something healthy... I don't need extra protein in it and I'm not expecting it to be low in calories. I'd rather have a pretty small portion of a creamier ice cream (like other Breyer's ice creams) than a regular or bigger portion of a thin ice cream. I found the Breyers Delight Vanilla Bean to have a decent flavour through not the creaminess I've come to expect from Breyers. The texture felt a bit off to me but that may have been because the ice cream melted a bit on the drive home and then refroze. Reading the ingredients showed me that the high protein comes largely from frozen egg yolks, while I of course couldn't taste the egg, knowing that they were in my ice-cream makes me less inclined to want to buy this product. I think if someone is really dieting hardcore and wants a treat that has low calories that aren't empty, this could be good for them. -

After a long, cold, dry winter my hair was looking dry and had a lot of split ends. It needed some moisture to bring some shine and life back to my long hair. This Dove Derma+Care Scalp conditioner was just what my flat hair needed. My hair has it's bounce, shine and health back.
As an added bonus the scent of this conditioner is invigorating and beautiful.

I tried Dove Derma+Care Scalp Dryness and Anti-itch dandruff shampoo in the last month of winter when my hair and scalp were feeling the full effects of a cold, dry winter. As soon as I got my free trial of it I opened up and was delighted with the scent. So fresh and springy smelling. The first use of it didn't help me much but the second use showed some progress and by the third my head was feeling great. My daughter used it for the month as well and she has been looking for a dandruff shampoo that works for her. This one made the problem less but hasn't totally resolved it so I wouldn't recommend it for anyone that has a more serious dandruff issue. It is a pretty good shampoo for my hair and a really good one for my scalp. When paired with the matching conditioner my hair is quite bright and healthy looking. -

I took a Vanilla Shake with me on a long bike ride by the ocean. It was the perfect thing to keep me feeling energized and strong for the whole ride. I didn't even eat any granola bars to finish filling up, it was plenty on it's own.
I really like the flavour of the vanilla in the shake. It was enough to mostly disguise the skim milk taste. The vanilla wasn't too strong but just right.
I like that it has 24 vitamins and 30 grams of protein. It tastes just sweet enough and my husband was surprised to hear it only had a gram of sugar!
The packaging is great to toss in my backpack to go for the day too.
