I've placed and received one order to date. Communication around the delivery was clear and efficient. The associate gave me a summary and explanation with delivery as well as they were aware it was my first order. Love that everything is temperature controlled and checked! Quality was great, no products were damaged, produce was great. I wasn't sure how it would be received, but it was bagged in paper 'voila' bags. They are nice and sturdy, you are charged for the bags which makes sense but I wasn't aware of beforehand.
The website is not quite as intuitive to navigate as another major grocer that does click and collect, but it was very workable - and every item was in stock, no substitutes which I loved!
Definitely worth it to have delivery to my door for $10-$15 a month - plus I'm probably saving a lot of money by not wandering the aisles! I know I'm definitely saving a TON of time and energy.

I received these right in the midst of having covid, so pretty good timing. I waited a couple days till my taste had returned before trying them. They are potent! And I don't love the texture, but after taking them two days I feel much, much better after having been under the weather for weeks. Can I attribute this recovery to the product? Uncertain, but it's worth another try in the future, although I might try another flavour if available.
