One of my favorite treats to have! I find this cake to be light and fluffy but it still has a certain richness to it without making it heavy. Perfect for chocolate lovers or if you're just craving something sweet, it's really good for any occasion and available at every grocery store and most convenience stores. I love having this with vanilla ice cream but if I don't have any of that on hand, it goes great with a tall glass of milk! The packaging is perfect to reseal and refrigerate if you need to store leftovers. The taste is delicious and anytime I am craving chocolate or craving something sweet, this is the perfect solution to satisfying my sweet tooth. I've been indulging in these as a treat since I was a little girl and now it's something that I get for my family as a treat, I have yet to meet anyone who doesn't love this cake and once you try it, you'll be hooked! -

Okay so after reading though everyone's reviews, I'm wondering if I watered mine down too much? I didn't experience hardly any taste or any after taste for that matter and neither did my partner!
My partner and I both work in high paced jobs that require us to be on the go all the time, once we clock in there is no down time for either of us. He tried this out first and actually his only complaint was that he thought it was supposed to be flavored but he didn't detect any flavor. He didn't see that as a bad thing, he just expected it to be flavored. I debated subtracting a star in my rating for that but I didn't because I find that it makes this product even more versatile, a definite plus!
After he had told me that he found this didn't add flavor to his water, at first I was a bit disappointed because we love water enhancers and although we have our favorites, we are always looking for new brands and new flavors to try. But he insisted he found no flavor to this when he used it in water so I thought I would take a chance and add it to my Jamba Juice greens smoothie mix. I had read that it can be used in water or juice, I'm a huge juice fan so I got out my blender to make up a smoothie before work and then add my Super Energex.
Adding the Super Energex didn't effect the appearance or the texture of my smoothie so now it was time to see if adding it had changed the taste at all. Nope, not at all! I guess it depends on what you add it to but in our experiences it doesn't change the taste of smoothies or water (I have tried it in water a few times, even adding in water enhancer drops and still find that the Super Energex doesn't change the taste.) Now, I know that having read through some of the reviews on here that this hasn't been everyone's experience with this so again, I guess it really does depend on what drink it's added to. For that reason, I do wish that this was clear and flavorless (it was for me) so that everyone could have the same experience that I did.
The results? Energy all day without any jitters or any crashing. I drank this before noon and by the time 10pm hit I was relaxed and able to get a great night of sleep. No sudden crash, no lag throughout the day. Energy drinks make me jittery and sometimes I do find it hard to turn off at night and then I'm overtired the next day, reaching for my giant (and super unhealthy) energy drink the next morning, rinse and repeat, it's a vicious cycle.
Super Energex has given me the energy that I need without any of the annoying side effects, the only cons that I can honestly see are that I haven't been able to find it in any stores near me yet so in some cities it may only be available in health stores. The only other con? Apparently some people found that this did have a flavor and they didn't care for the flavor so I guess that it may not jive well with some drinks that you add it to, I didn't have this experience and neither did my partner so this is something that will differ from person to person.
My opinion is if you've ever tried an energy drink/shot, if you find yourself with mid day lag: yawning and clock watching or if you just need an extra boost of energy without the jitters or the crash... give Super Energex a try! I pack them in my partners lunch so that he has it with him to add to his water and they fit perfectly in my purse, they're nice to have on me for a little pick me up when I need an energy boost! So when my box got here, my boyfriend waited before he left for work because he just had to see what Chick Advisor sent me this time. I swear, he gets just as excited as I do when he sees a Chick Advisor box in the mail! So he woke me up by yelling "look what came in the mail!" Based on his excitement I already knew what it was, all he knew is who it was from so he waited eagerly for me to open it, knowing that if it was something I could share, I would so that I could get his opinion too.
He was quick to grab one of these bars so I asked him if he had made breakfast yet, he hadn't and was pressed for time about to leave for work. I told him to try one and let me know later what he thought. I'm not a breakfast person so the thought of having a meal replacement bar at breakfast or even for lunch was extremely appealing to me. I wanted to put the energy boosting claims of the water enhancer to the test as well so I waited until work the next day to try it out.
When he got home from work he said the bar tasted great and kept him full, he didn't even snack like he usually does. His job requires that he lift a lot of weight and drive around a lot. He felt like the bar kept him full and the enhancer gave him a boost of energy but without that jittery feeling that he would get from energy drinks or energy shots that you find at most convenience stores. He was impressed and I was curious to try this bar the next day to put it to the test myself.
I work in tourism, very busy especially this time of year! I'm kept on my feet, running around to different departments in the busiest part of Niagara Falls. I had a light breakfast instead of trying the bar out first thing I wanted to see how well it would help me mid day instead of lunch. I was optimistic but I didn't know how well this one bar would fill me up and if it would stop my snacking. I ended up really pleasantly surprised!
Not only did it fill me up like a meal would, I had energy to keep going all day with several birthday parties booked at work and I didn't experience any lag throughout the day. Oh and by the way, they taste amazing. I love chocolate but meal replacements that I've tried in the past have had a weird, chalky aftertaste. Not this one! It was rich without being too much or too strong, no after taste, a little bit of a crunch to it like a Rice Krispie Square which I loved. It filled me up and I didn't find myself snacking in between meals like I usually do.
I haven't seen these available for sale anywhere near me but I'll continue to look because I'd love to have these as part of my daily routine because I feel like they would definitely help me on my journey to becoming healthier. Anyone who skips meals or is always on the go should give these a try! They taste so good, you'll feel like you're having a cheat meal.
I'm hoping to find these near me soon so that I can stock up because they've been a big hit in our house!

The flavour is just right, not too sweet but not too watered down and no weird aftertaste. I found it to be really carbonated though so if you like a lot of fizz, you'll love this. Now, unfortunately it is limited edition, that's seriously the only downside I found with it so maybe if it's successful enough they will keep it around, a girl can hope! If you love it like my family does, you're in luck! There's currently a coupon inside a case of 12 to save $2 on your next case. I paid $4.99 for my case at Freshco but I have seen it go on sale for $3.99 which means with your coupon you could score a case of 12 for $1.99, not too bad!
I do hope that this is still around for summer, the cold weather seemed like an odd time to release such a fun, summery flavor so I plan on stocking up to make sure we still have some by then. I can't wait to have this at bbqs and for those who drink alcohol: I'm sure it'd make a delicious mixer with a blackberry liquer or just plain old vodka! Not only would I buy this again (I already bought a second case today with my coupon and got another coupon to keep the savings going!) I have also recommended it to my friends and family and those who have already tried it, love it. Thank you to Chick Advisor for providing me with a coupon to try this for free in exchange for my honest review. Plus the bonus surprise goodies you included were very cute and my hubby has claimed a coaster for himself, he gets as excited as I do when he sees Chick Advisor in our mail box!
Now back to Canada Dry Blackberry and why it's my new favourite drink! It's pure blackberry taste, there's nothing ginger about this gingerale brand's newest addition. With its fresh, crisp, sweet and light taste I have yet to find someone who didn't like it. My niece and nephew loved it, my parents already bought their own case and my hubby has been making frequent fridge trips to help himself to my stash. So while this is limited edition, I'm hoping this stays around at least throughout the summer because I can see it becoming a staple in our home!

I don`t seem to have a problem with it chipping or peeling which is what won me over (aside from the price). I did have to use 4 coats to get it to appear on my nails like it does it the bottle so just a tip: if you want the color that bold, you`ll need a few coats. I liked that though because it means you can control the intensity of the color so if you want bold, add another coat! I`d definitely purchase this again, unique color, staying power and great price! -

Seriously, hands down my new favorite toothpaste! It's spearmint minty fresh taste was so good and a really refreshing change from my usual toothpaste. I've already purchased a second tube so that hubby and I won't have to fight over it. It leaves my teeth feeling like I've just gotten a cleaning at the dentist, everytime squeaky clean and removing all plaque. I'd recommend this hands down to anyone who wants to feel dentist cleaning results after every brushing and fresh breath with a cool spearmint taste. It's not a gritty consistency, it's a very smooth paste and again, tastes so refreshing and cool! -

Wax strips in the past always require warming up by using friction, problem is...I have bad circulation so sometimes my chilly hands just don't get the job done. No warming or friction is needed and I was really impressed with how well these work since the warming stage is usually a problem for me. Made with 100% naturally sourced rice bran oil, I found these strips to be as gentle as waxing strips can be. Each box contains 40 strips and 4 wipes, I always wish that there were more cleaning cleaning wipes but that's the standard with all wax kits so I'm overall very happy with the results. These can be used for bikini or face and results will last up to 4 weeks.
The main thing that got me so excited to try these was that they truly are ready to use, They leave no weird after scent and although I've used wax strips in the past, the fact that these are read to use makes these my new go to. So if you're looking for the easiest ready to use at home waxing strips, definitely give these a try because they're now a staple in my beauty routine! The removal wipes really removed all residue, I just wish there were more of them, or a vial instead of wipes but that it the usual with at home waxing kits and aside from that, everything was awesome!

All of these years, I've been buying dry shampoo and always frustrated with the chalky residue that they left behind in my dark hair. I'd always pat away as much as I could, try to brush it out and end up adding water, which totally made it being a dry shampoo pointless. So I was excited to try this sent to me for free in exchange for a review. It's packaged cutely, and affordable at my Shoppers Drug Mart it was around $8.99 but it will last you awhile! I found the scent to be like an aerosol hairspray type of scent but it didn't seem to linger too much once it was actually in my hair. I didn't get any product flakies on my shoulders either but that could happen if you use too much. Less is more with this, let it soak up your natural oil, you can always spray more but if you feel that you've used too much...well then you'll likely have to wash your hair which would make this product pointless. Because you don't need very much, this size will last you a long time. It left my hair soft, it didn't feel like I had used anything and bye bye oil! So if your hair naturally gets oily fast, or if you're going camping or you just prefer healthy hair and don't like to wash it everyday but still want to keep it looking and smelling fresh, check this out. Pros:no chalky residue, easy to use packaging, great value for the amount that you get. Cons: I don't think the large size can be carried on (I could be wrong) for a flight, however travel sizes are available, aerosol hairspray scent. -

This review is for the light weight clumping litter that I was sent free through the product review club in exchange for my honest review. They really weren't kidding around when they said this was lightweight! This is the lightest litter we've ever used, that's my first rave about this product. Secondly, the color! I know that sounds weird but it's darker than any other cat litter I've ever seen and it just has an overall nicer appearance because of this. It has a lavender like scent which is another added bonus. But onto the performance, it clumps really really well! We clean our litter boxes every day but we have a kitten who doesn't always feel the need to cover up when she's finished (thanks kiddo!) but because this litter is a dark charcoal gray, that doesn't matter. There's also way less dust and when I picked this up to put into my shopping cart, I was already impressed because it feels half as heavy as the other boxes on the shelf that are the same size. We will definitely be switching permanently to this brand, our rescue kitten and our bengal are loving it. I honestly can't find any cons, but for me the pros are: color! scent, very lightweight so our litter locker bags aren't as weighed down and dust free. The best litter we've ever tried and when we run out, this will be out new go to litter! -
