These are my favorite Voortman Bakery cookies! The texture, taste, quality, and value of these cookies are INCREDIBLE! They are chewy and have a strong coconut flavor. I love that there are no artificial flavors in the recipe, it totally makes a difference! These cookies are perfect with both coffee and tea. It really makes them stand out compared to the average vanilla wafers. I love how crunchy they are at first but then melt in your mouth. They are perfect with coffee and tea. These were my entire families favorite cookies out of all the ones we tried! We all loved how crunchy they were! The only problem was we had a hard time stopping eating them all at once! They aren't super chocolatey, but they were still very satisfying! They go excellently with coffee! I would definitely consider buying these in the future!
