Just warm in a cup of boiled water(Not To Hot) dispense in the ear canal as directed and cover with cotton. This pain reliever works amazingly fast and is easy to use. I recommend Auralgan Ear Drops to anyone that suffers from earaches. -

We have recycling containers in the back of our building, but it can be a challenge to get the recycle there, especially when there is a lot of snow and ice around. I really like the Glad recycling bags for just this purpose. They are really strong and hold a lot. This leaves one hand free to open the gate and recycling containers. This is a really eco-smart idea. -
