I'm very picky with my hand creams after working at a store that sells lotion for over a year. If you like soft scented lotions then this is a great. It's nourishing and non greasy, and my skin just drinks it up and feels soft and natural after applying. However, I like it when my lotions are heavily scented. I find that after I apply the hand cream, the scent kind of just disappears. It's a shame, because I love this clean lemon scent and wish it would linger a bit longer. -

I have mixed feelings about this sponge. While it does a terrific job at removing stains and messes, I also find that the product itself is poorly made and not very durable. I usually only ever use a Magic Eraser for when I need to clean walls and cabinets. Our dogs are always shaking mud and dirt everywhere after walks, especially in the winter. While the sponge is terrific at removing messes from my walls, the sponges are far from durable, and often start to crumble and deteriorate while I clean. If they were made more durable, then I would give this product a better review. For now, if it crumbles in the middle of a job, then it's just another mess for me to clean. -

I had never used dry shampoos before trying this product, and this didn't make me want to try them in the future. Maybe I just can't wrap my head around skipping washing my hair to use a dry shampoo, I don't know. It wasn't very effective at absorbing oil in my hair. I usually apply it in the morning before I start my day when my hair is looking a bit oily. It looks good at first but by the end of the day my hair looks flat and oily again. The scent while a bit citrusy, is also comparable to hairspray - a scent I'm not overly fond of. I'm a bit disappointed because I otherwise love most Garnier products, and I'm apprehensive about trying other dry shampoos. -

My hair has been feeling dull, lifeless and staticky lately (yay winter) so I switched over to this product. I love the way my hair feels since using it. My hair feels way more full of life now and I love the way that the product smells! It's a light scent with a hint of sweetness which is good for anyone with scent sensitivity. -

Rosebud salves are really popular right now and I picked this product up on a whim because I had a coupon. I really love this product and use it all the time while I'm working. It has a sheer pink tint, which to be honest, I never really notice once it's applied but that never bothers me. It has a really light rosy fragrance which means that it shouldn't bother anyone with scent sensitivity. I like how the product makes my lips feel soft but natural, especially in the winter when my lips get chapped. A little goes a long way, and I used this several times a day every day for months and it barely made a dent in the little tin. Would recommend! -

A great cream for anyone with dry cuticles in need of some TLC! Originally used by horse trainers to strengthen and condition horse hooves until they realized it had the same effect on human fingernails. I use it once or twice a day and I love the way it makes my cuticles feel. I also use it to help promote nail growth in addition to cuticle oil and my nails have never been stronger or longer. It's a little greasy-ish like Vaseline so a little goes a long way (you need the tiniest amount to cover the area around all of your finger nails). The only downside is the smell. It kind of smells like vapo-rub or medicine. After a while you start to not really notice the smell though and the scent has kind of grown on me now. I think I paid about $4-5 CAD for it at Sally's, which I consider a good valued product. -

I bought this product because my inner bargain hunter found it at a steal (clearance $1, plus a B2G$2 off coupon, so I got 2 for free). Didn't expect much because I didn't really know what the product was when I bought it. I like that the formula is weightless. You honestly can't even feel this product when it's in your hair. I hate it when I can feel a product in my hair, so I usually don't wear anything in it at all. Gives my hair a nice lift of volume. Regular about $13 CAD at Shoppers. -

The Super Sizer mascara has been my ultimate go-to since I first tried it last fall. This past week, I figured I'd give the Fibers version a go to see if the formula is any different. First off, I think that the Fibers formula is a bit drier than the original, which I found to be much more wet. I think that's part of the whole "fibers" formula, as the product claims to have "built-in fibers" to create a false lash effect. I had to do a bit of research to see what that actually meant. Apparently, "The new formula, which keeps the 29,000 black nylon fibers included in every pot contained, also has wax plumping beads to help create volume." (neato, amirite?). I haven't seen any flaking, and I feel like the wax and fibers are what helps this formula keep my lashes so defined and curvy at the end of the day. However, I do find that there is a bit of clumping with this product which may be a result of the drier formula, as I didn't experience this with the original. Aside from the drier formula, this product is nearly the exact same as the original, with the added bonus of more hold throughout the day. The only con is that there is slightly more clumping with application, whereas the original showed a bit more lash definition. -
I heard that this was a fantastic dupe for the Beauty Blender, and I was not disappointed. I bought the BB because of the hype, wasn't quite "wowed" and returned it (it's just over $30 CAD so I was hoping for something magical for that price point)... +
I heard that this was a fantastic dupe for the Beauty Blender, and I was not disappointed. I bought the BB because of the hype, wasn't quite "wowed" and returned it (it's just over $30 CAD so I was hoping for something magical for that price point). I bought the Real Techniques sponge in a pack of 2 for about $15 at Walmart (cheapest place to get them around where I live. Not worth the value if you go to Rexall if you're in Canada. It was about the same price for 1 there, so I figured I'd get the 2 pack at Walmart for nearly the same price). It blends just as well as a BB, and when I wash it in the sink there's no colour bleeding. My BB bled pink for the first week of owning it and I had to wonder, if it bled that much, what kind of stuff is it leaving on my face? Please remember to clean your RT sponge regularly though, as you don't want it to get mouldy. Try to wring out as much of the water as you can when you're done with it. -
