My cat Oliver even eats them! I held one out for him to smell & turn away from, but he ate it. :-)
There is 170 mg of sodium, and they have salted tops, but let's face it, besides the cheese, that's what adds to their tastiness. ;-)

The lightly salted, like many of the other flavours, has 75 mg of sodium. 5 g of plant protein per serving. @15 pieces is a 100 calorie snack.
These definitely will be staying in my snack cupboard. I wish our grocery stores carried all the other flavours.

The K cup samples of this new coffee I received were so tasty, when I was all out, I purchased a jar. Gold has a distinct taste, strong & flavourful for a "regular" coffee. And I'm a flavoured coffee drinker, hazelnut, French vanilla, etc. For a superior reasonably priced instant coffee, this is the One. -

This appears to be an annual Christmas gift I receive. Hey, I can think of worst gifts. You've got chocolate, fudge, toffee, caramel, fruit crème, nut - something for everyone. My faves are the fudge, crèmes and orange crunch. There are never enough of the fudge ones. My least favourite is the coconut éclair. They're too hard. That's not an éclair to me. Currently there are toffees remaining in my box, because I just had a tooth pulled, which is likely due to too many toffees. :-( -

Natural Glow was the first self tanner I tried, and it continues to work well and be priced affordably. I use medium, and get the results I want, certainly not an overly bronzed orange look. There will always be some smearing around the feet, that's just a difficult area to self tan. I particularly like the scent, which is important, because it lasts, and shouldn't have that excessive fake tanner smell. -
