I would never recommend anyone to use St Ives products. There are great options out there that are cheap (like the ordinary) so please find a better option! -

I find it gets all of my makeup off pretty well, and leaves my face feeling fresh, with no leftover residue or oiliness. I usually follow with a gentle cleanser.I only wish it was a bit more affordable. -
