I love a good peppermint tea. Tazo definitely hits the spot. It’s a nice tea to sip, enjoy and relax while reading a good book or watching a show. I find this tea has many uses for me. It promotes good health, helps settle upset stomach and has been an effective alternative to medication for headaches. I enjoy having this tea if I have a headache. It definitely helps and promotes restful sleep. -

My usual go to tea is orange pekoe. The Tazo English Breakfast is a great option for those who enjoy a nice quality black tea. It’s not overly strong so it’s great for travelling or if you’re staying somewhere without a refrigerator because you don’t need milk. It’s very enjoyable both ways. The individual packets are awesome for travel, work or in the go. I’m a tea drinker and enjoy several cups a day. This brand is definitely up there in terms of taste, quality and price! -
