Just wanted to say hello and not to worry about your first product review club! From what you posted it sounds like you covered all the bases. In the email they send out there is usually a direct link to the item you are to review, but you can also find it by searching the site. As long as you weren't given different flavours to try out, it should have been just the one review. Sometimes items can have multiple pages (people add duplicates by accident), so I would just say check the link they gave to make sure your review is on that page. Hope you get chosen for more campaigns soon! :)
