I have very dry skin and COVERGIRL Clean Fresh Skincare Weightless Water Cream left my skin feeling smooth and soft. It has a "barely there" light scent that smells clean, natural, and fresh not like fake fragrance. It went on smoothly with no tingling. I have sensitive skin and it wasn't irritated by the cream at all. It's a thicker gel/cream, which i like, and it didn't feel sticky or tacky after I put it on. I checked my skin 20 min and 2 hours later and my skin still felt smooth and soft. I would give this product 4.5 stars and I would buy it again and recommend it.    -
