This product is great. It comes with 30 packets of the vanilla protein shake which makes it easy to use; there is no premeasuring and its great to take along with you. The flavor is great tastes like a vanilla shake. I will have this in the morning and before my workout. It gives me energy and I feel great after taking this. Add this to either water, milk or almond milk - which is my favorite. Packed with protein, fiber and vitamins you are going to start feeling great in no time. This is a winner in my book.
