Went in with beautiful blonde hair just needed the roots touched up and a few extra highlights needed instead left looking like an 80s girl with brown hair and orange streaks probably the worst colouring I've ever had in my life. Never felt so uncomfortable. Never had such an awful experience. I cried for 2 days. Getting it fixed tomorrow. If u do decide to go to Regis. Dont see the "master stylist". More like master singletons.    -
