It's something I can see myself packing for a snack for after swimming. For usually I feel tired and hungry but after trying my free sample in the Lemon Poppy seed flavor it satisfied my hunger and I was less tired.
I know, I will be purchasing them and keep them for after my swim.
The flavor you can taste the lemon in the topping and the center of the PowerBar you taste the Poppy Seeds. Im loving it and so happy to have the chance in sampling them.
