I put this foundation through the ringer this past week. Nothing says stress test than the biggest tax deadline of the year followed by 6 hrs of partying! UD claims this foundation is up to 24 hr transfer-resistant, waterproof, and sweat-proof. The longest I wore it was 16 hrs and it had worn away from my face where I didn’t have blush or bronzer applied.
It is a solid medium buildable coverage and was able to cover any hyper-pigmentation I have. The self-setting finish leaves a blurring effect but it can cling to dry patches. I would not recommend this foundation for anyone with dry/dehydrated skin. I have combo leaning oily skin and found I still had to prep with a rich moisturizer so it didn’t look cakey.
Verdict: I give this a 2.5/5, I prefer more of a natural skin like finish and this was very matte. Although it was lightweight on the skin which is not typically what I associate with a matte foundation with this level of coverage. If you like a matte finish and have combo-oily skin this may be the foundation for you.

I do enjoy the formula of this lipstick which gives a nice glossy, sheer wash of colour with a bit more nourishment than a typical lipstick. But I am not a fan of this particular shade as my lips are very pigmented, I had to use a lip liner to cancel out my lip colour in order to make this shade wearable. NB: this shade does not have shimmer and there is a floral scent. -

I can confirm this mascara is indeed waterproof, it survived an ugly crying session with no flaking or raccoon eyes in sight! I enjoyed the length and separation this gave my lashes but took away a star since I prefer a tad more volume. The natural bristle brush is tapered which made it easier to reach inner corner lashes. I would recommend this mascara but only if it is in your price range, no need to go broke over something you will need to replace in 3-6 months. -

Unfortunately, this is not for me. I have combo skin and this made me look dry and flakey. It also had a white cast on me and I have light-medium skin-tone so I can only imagine it would be worse for anyone darker than me. I tested this over a week wearing it 3 ways: on bare skin after cleansing, with my normal morning skincare routine underneath, and replacing my moisturizer in my morning routine with it. My best results were when I did my full morning skincare routine including a separate moisturizer. I did also try it underneath makeup and it seemed to fair ok. But this product pilled throughout the day on my face and neck plus it was very noticeable in my dark eyebrow hairs. I do not recommend this product. -

I have been using this every other night for the past week, alternating with my retinol evenings, and have really been enjoying it. Fair warning the texture may not be to everyone’s liking but I found it very amusing, the closest thing I can compare it to is snot haha thicker than a gel but not quite as thick as a cleansing balm. I have combination oily skin that is dehydrated and acne prone. This did not cause any breakouts and left my skin nice and plump in the morning. I prefer my skincare to be unscented which is why I gave this 4 stars instead of 5, that saying I may still repurchase it. I got it free as part of Chick Advisor’s Product Review Club. -

I have been using this serum for the last week and have really been enjoying it. I have combination oily skin that is acne prone but dehydrated. This worked a treat in boosting hydration without causing any breakouts. I also prefer my skincare to be fragrance free which this is, an added bonus. I prefer to air dry my hair partly to avoid heat damage but mostly because I'm lazy. I've found in the past most leave-in products weighed down my hair and left it feeling greasy. That was not the case with this air dry styling cream! It seemed to disappear into my hair in the best way possible. The scent wasn't too overpowering which was a bonus, I often find hair products to be over scented. This worked well to smooth split ends and frizz for my medium straight hair. I have tried many natural deoderant's on the hunt for the perfect one and Schmidt's has come out on top for me. I have previously tried their sensitive skin formula and enjoyed it but found the texture a bit chunky. This one hit the nail on the head texture wise and managed to keep me smelling fresh even after spin class. I like that the scent isn't too overwhelming so it doesn't compete with your perfume. It's always a gamble trying a new facial spray since you never know if you're going to get drenched, luckily this spray has a very fine mist. I did enjoy the light scent and finish it gave my makeup looks. I can't say it added anything to the longevity of my makeup, since my foundation still faded in all the usual spots (chin & nose). I will say that this isn't an everyday spray for me as it contains alcohol which can be drying. I got it free as part of the Chick Advisor Product Review Club. -

I was excited to try this foundation as I'm always on the hunt for an IT Cosmetics CC Cream drugstore dupe. This came very close coverage wise and I'd say just a tad more matte finish wise. For a third of the price I'd say this knocks it out of the park. I found fingers were the best for a quick and flawless application. I also appreciate the squeeze tube package as it's travel friendly. 10/10 would recommend! I got it free as part of the Chick Advisor Product Review Club. -
