Liberte Greek Yogurt
Liberte is my number one yogurt choice, I don’t usually buy anything else. Caragenan is not listed in their ingredients which is a huge buying factor for me. The flavors are great, and I feel the value is good for the product you’re receiving.

Greenies Dental Chews
These are on the expensive side but if you can find them on sale, they’re probably some of the best treats for dogs. They’re absolutely effective when it comes to tater control for your pets teeth. My dog seems to love them.

I feel for the cost of these it’s just not worth it. If you had a day you could meal prep you could cook an entire dozen for less cost and still have a healthy snack + know the ingredients in your food. -

It’s a delicious treat but you’ll have to dig a little deeper into your change pocket. I feel you could get a much better product at Marble Slab for equal cost. It is delicious though.

Eggo Plus Fibre Blueberry Flavour Waffles
The taste is similar to the regular blueberry waffles but I feel the fibre isn’t enough. They are a little softer than regular Eggo waffles but overall I am pleased.
