I suffer from planters faciiitis and heel spurs which caused me excruciating pain, I have tried several different brands that failed me and then I discovered Bio-freeze! Let me tell you, that while yes it is a bit more expensive, it is well worth every penny! It comes in different forms such as cream, spray, and my favorite roll on. It is super easy to use and it's effective enough to get me through several hours of the day with just one application. While no it does not fix the problem, it definitely helps with the pain! Does have a menthol scent but it does fade away where you don't smell it. I highly recommend this if you have any type of pain!    -
