Just used the 9.1 'viking' light ash blonde (I normally get their 9.0 natural light blonde excellence creme but could find it in several shops!). I knew there was a problem when after 30min I went to wash it out and the 'gel' had turned almost...   +

Just used the 9.1 'viking' light ash blonde (I normally get their 9.0 natural light blonde excellence creme but could find it in several shops!). I knew there was a problem when after 30min I went to wash it out and the 'gel' had turned almost black!! My hair is now dark GREY and looks ridiculous, you have been warned!!!    -
