worst customer service experience ever! the girl running the front, a half again girl with lot's of freckles was obnoxious and snobby and her only tactic to making a sale is to make you feel as uncomfortable as possible until you buy it. Also if you mention other stores you have gone to or are thinking about she will make you feel stupid for even considering somewhere else (rolling her eyes being, very snobby etc.). If thats not enough to turn you off she will con you out of 400$ and let you know nothing about the store policy and maybe if she's having a bad day ( i hope that was the case) comment on your financial situation. This is a sad excuse for a high end store and I will never be returning. it's such a shame that they have such shitty customer service since they do have some cute items    -
