This is my second Fitbit Charge. I bought it late last year but wasn’t paying too much attention to what it could offer. Since Jan 1st I’ve been using it to enter my calories and I’ve set daily fitness goals. It’s perfect to keep me on track and it’s the first thing that’s kept me fully accountable for diet and exercise. I really like that it also tracks my heart rate. I’ve seen my resting heart rate come down from 82 to 69 over the last two months as I’ve increased my fitness. I’d highly recommend this product. -
