The selling point of this mascara is the unique flat brush with the round bristly ball at the end. According to Rimmel, the flat side of the brush is what gives you the volume and the ball tip is for lifting and defining. I can honestly say that I agree. The round ball at the end is also good for getting those hard to reach lashes in the corner. One of the reasons I like this mascara is because the application is super easy, no mess, no clumps or anything even after two coats.
Overall, I like this mascara, I mean it doesn't look like I have false lashes or anything but it does the job. It gave me length, some volume and the ball tip is excellent at separating my lashes. It stays put and my lashes look exactly the same at the end of the day. Oh, and you have to love the bright purple packaging, at least I do. I feel like Rimmel's products are usually hit or miss so it's nice that this is actually a hit. You can't beat the price either, I got mine at CVS for $6.99.

I received a 5 piece dotting tool set from the Born Pretty Store, if you never heard of them they are a website with all different nail supplies, tool, stickers, stampking kits, brushes, etc. If you are into doing nail art and designs like myself you'll really like the site and what they have to offer.
The set came with 5 different sized dotting tools, one end has a larger ball and the other end has a smaller ball and each tool has different sizes. You can use these dotting tools for more than just dots too. Plus I like the pretty marble design they came with. The best thing about this set is you can do so many different sized dots without having to stop and wash them off, plus you can use the smaller sized ones for a lot more than just dots. I was able to draw little Christmas light bulbs with the tiny one. I use these all the time for nail art. The nail polish washes off so easy too, all you do is dip the end in nail polish remover for a few seconds.
The price for this 5 piece set is only $4.74 (and the site doesn't charge for shipping)! I got one dotting tool at Sally's Beauty Supply for more than $5 a while ago. Im still made I wasted my money.
If you like nail art or even just nail polish, take a look at their site & if you order anything make sure to enter this code: KC5W21 and you'll get 5% off your entire purchase! http://www.bornprettystore.com/
I would recommend these to anyone that likes to do their nails or is looking for a good quality dotting tool set that won't cost you a lot.

I've been reading so much about this on blogs so I had to see what all the hype was about. I went to Sally's Beauty Supply to get it, I didn't realize it was gonna be around $10 but whatever it ended up being totally worth it! I couldnt believe how quick it dried, literally my nails were dry to touch in less than a minute. Not to mention the extra shiny gloss finish it gives your manicure. I'm in love! It makes your nails almost look like glass or like they were professionally done. I've had it on my nails for 4 days now and it still looks as good as it did the first day. -

This is an intense treatment that promises to help improve texture, manageability, shine and reconstructs the hair shaft to rebuild strength and restore elasticity.Since Im already in love with their argan oil I had a feeling I would like this. I bought the smaller bottle (3.oz) because it was only $4.29 and I wanted to make sure I liked it before buying the bigger bottle. I believe the 8.5 oz bottle was $13.99. The directions say to apply to clean damp hair and massage in thoroughly. Leave in for 7 to 10 minutes, then rinse and style as usual. I've used this product twice so far and I'm in love with the how shiny, soft and healthy it makes my hair. I also noticed that it made blow drying my hair less of a hassle. The formula is thick and creamy but easy to wash out and really coats your hair well. It says to leave in for 7 to 10 minutes but since I have very thick hair I leave it in for 15 to 20 minutes and use one of those twisty micro soft hair wraps to cover my hair.
I was using Aussie's 3 Minute Miracle Moisture Treatment and I thought that was great, it still is but it doesn't compare to this stuff. It might cost a little more than Aussie but I think the results are totally worth it.
This can be used on any hair texture and if you have dry or damaged hair you should try this, I dont think you will be dissapointed. The only negative thing I have to say (and its really not so negative) is when applying it through your hair, since its so thick it also coats your hands and is a little gooey. So it kinda gave me that icky feeling but thats just me lol, I just wash my hands afterwards and its no big deal.

I just realized that this is the first mascara review I've ever done so bare with me lol. I noticed that mascara hasn't been on the top of my shopping list lately. One of my favorite mascara's is the classic Maybelline Great Lash Mascara (you know, the one in the pink bottle). I've bought a ton of these and I have it in royal blue too. I've always been pleased with the results but that doesn't mean I haven't tried other ones too. I feel like its difficult to find a really good mascara that you like, for me anyway.I was at CVS the other day and noticed that they had this mascara and I remember seeing it either on a YouTube video or a blog, then I remembered why, it was the brush.
I've never seen a mascara brush shaped this way, they refer to it as a "supersized triple plump brush". It promises to give you fuller, thicker, stronger lashes for full figure volume with no clumping! I have yet to find a mascara that doesn't clump at all. But will see...
My lashes do need more volume and some length. I feel like my lashes used to be much longer, its probably all the lashes that have fell out from curling them. Is that really true or just a myth? lol I forgot.
I used this mascara twice so far and the first time I wasn't too impressed at all. I didn't feel like it gave me much volume at all and seemed to be a little thick and clumpy when applying it. The next day I wanted to give it another try and this time my opinion is different. I actually liked it a lot more this time. The first time I used it, I was in a bit of a rush (so that doesn't help) and I also applied 2 coats because that's what I'm used to. I didn't need 2 coats with this mascara at all, and that's probably why there was a few clumps. The picture below is from the first time I used it and applied 2 coats. The picture below that is the second day with only one coat. I think the second picture is an improvement.
Overall, its not horrible but its not terrific either. I wasn't expecting this crazy amount of extra volume they promised but I don't feel like there was too much extra volume at all. .It did give me a little length but unfortunately I cant say this mascara has anything that stands out to me. It's probably on the same level as my Maybelline's Great Lash (actually I like the great lash better).
One thing I did like about this mascara is how the color was a dark black with only 1 coat. Sometimes with other mascaras even if the color is Blackest Black, it doesn't show up that dark unless you apply 2 or 3 coats. I really like the packaging and how the bottle is this bright gorgeous red. The handle is also pretty comfortable and I still like the shape of the brush, I think the concept of it is good but if they made the brush bigger than I probably would have gotten more volume.
I wouldn't re purchase this product because of the reasons mentioned above. It's okay though, like I said before it's hard for me to find a mascara that I would buy again. I think I should start looking at some high end brands.

I've tried many many different tanning spray, gels, lotions over the past few years, but never found one that I was too impressed with. Then this past summer I tried Neutrogena's Micro Mist Sunless Tanning Spray in deep. It comes in 2 shades and the other one is medium. I first started using it on my legs in the summer & was really impressed at how much of a natural tan I had. Once fall came, I bought this again bc I didn't like how my face was getting pale. I was a little nervous to use this on my face bc the other sunless tanning products I've used on my face never came out good. So I watched a few YouTube videos and tried it before I went to bed. I woke up the next day and my face had a pretty subtle glow. No streaking, blotches or unevenness. If you follow the directions on the package you shouldn't have a problem. Make sure you exfoliate really well first, hold the can 4 to 6 inches away, spray in a continuous motion without stopping until you've reached the end of your, leg (for example). It only takes about 5 minutes to dry and you start to see results within 4-6 hours sometimes less. It's also oil free so thats why I dont mind putting it on my face. It doesn't make me break out. This is my 3rd bottle and I've never spent more than $12.99 for it and I think its worth it. Just remember 4 to 6 inches away from your skin, exfoliate first, spray the can in one continuous motion (dont ever stop) until your done with that part of your body bc that's where you'll get streaks or blotches. I would recommend this to anyone that's looking for a natural tan that doesn't look orange and is easy to use!

Rimmel's Fix & Perfect Primer is different then all the other primers I've used. I used to use Smashbox, that cost me almost $50 and I thought it was the best primer I've tried. Not anymore, Rimmel's is my favorite now. First off, the color is a light peach but it completely fades away when you apply it. It also doesn't have that silky feeling to it, it feels like any liquid foundation. The main reason why I love this so much is bc after applying it my skin looks so much smoother and it evens out my skin. On good skin days, I've left the house with just this primer and a little bronzer and I never do that. Just like other primers it helps the foundation to stay on longer and I personally feel like my foundation looks better after using Rimmels primer compared to others. Every other primer; Smashbox, MAC, Hard Candy, etc all do the same the thing (not saying there horrible) but they dont hide my pores or hide imperfections like Rimmel's Fix & Perfect does. I would recommend this product to anyone and you can't beat the price. -
