Review: Chapman’s Premium Pistachio and Almond Ice Cream
Ice cream has become somewhat …predictable….all the same. So when ChickAdvisor chose me to review the new premium pistachio and almond ice cream by Chapman’s, I thought, “Why not?” but wasn’t expecting anything really different. Was I ever wrong!
First, this ice cream, along with all other Chapman products were all on sale during the time that I had the full-value coupon, so it was difficult to find it, let alone review it. I managed to get to a grocery store late one night when they were restocking and finally got some! I couldn’t wait to try it! I love nuts and I love ice cream. What could be better?
I took it home and opened it. I love the packaging for the premium ice cream. It is in a sleek black container and, right away, makes you feel like you are eating something special. The ice cream itself is smooth and thick. I could taste the cream, as opposed to the milk in some of the lesser brand names. The nuts - the pistachios and almonds - were plenty and crunchy and added to the flavour of the ice cream. The nuts and ice cream were not two separate entities, as sometimes happens when additives are included in ice cream. In this case, the nuts worked with the ice cream to give it a vet full, luscious flavour. It, very much, fit the definition of a “premium” ice cream.

Vichy Ideal Body Spa Shower-Gel Cream is a fantastic product. I loved using it in the bath and shower. It is mildly scented and one feels clean after using it. This bottle will last for a very long time. It is a big bottle and one doesn't need to use much at a time. It creates a nice, sudsy lather without the heavy feel of using soap or regular body wash. This product is worth the money, especially if one has a taste for the finer body washes. It is comparable to products used in spas. Each time I used it, I felt glamorous and rich. This is a product that pairs well with the Vichy Body Milk. Both products are light and complement each other well. I will purchase this product again and also purchase it as a gift. Vichy Ideal Body Replumping Lip Balm was my favorite product in this trio of Vichy products to review. The lip balm is soft, smooth, tingles to show it is working, and works every time you put it on - for a long time. This is a large tube of lip balm and I have been using it for nearly a month and have barely put a dent in it. It will last a long time. Every time I applied this lip balm, it relieved the dryness and softened my lips. It took away the dryness and flakiness of rough lips. It is not sticky or gummy, like some other high-end plumping lip balms. I will definitely purchase this Vichy product again. -

Vichy Ideal Body Milk is probably the very best body lotion I have used over the past number of years. I personally used it regularly and my husband and son also used it. The body milk is light and not greasy. It is very lightly scented and absorbs quickly into dry skin, and leaves it hydrated, as well as soft. It doesn't leave one's hands feeling greasy or sticky either. It softened up scaly, dry ankles and elbows. It softened up dry, summer feet. This is definitely a product I will purchase again.
