I have used Crest White Strips Premium. I find it makes your teeth very white and if you leave them on to long or use more strips then directed, it almost leaves your teeth way to white. I also noticed that my teeth got extremely sensetive. I realize the Premium ones have more bleach than the originals but then you don't have to use them as long and you get quicker results if you're in need of a quick whitening! The bottom strip seemed to always slip around. Try not to let them touch your gums to much. I usually put them on before bed or sometime throughout the day when I won't be talking much because that also tends to make them slip around as well. The biggest downfalls are that they are a bit expensive and really hurt my teeth for a few days. But considering you can do it in the comfort of your own home for less than a quarter or the professional price, it's completely worth it.    -
