I was selected to try the Neutrogena Rapid Wrinkle Repair retinol oil as a part of the Chick advisor product review club. I am always nervous to try a new oil on my face. The product has a slight tingle ( which always makes me think it's working.) The sensation was brief and not uncomfortable. The oil was not greasy and blended well into my skin. I do however wish I had a bit more time to view my results. I must say my skin does feel smoother and more supple. However lines around my eyes are still present, hopefully with time using the product I will see more. -

I was happy to try the Nutrogena Prep Cleanser as part of the Chick Advisor product review club #gotitfree! The cleanser has a soft pleasant scent that is not over perfumed. There was a gentle exfoliate to it, without leaving my skin feeling raw and blotchy. The product is quite thick so only a small amount was required to do the trick. My face was left feeling refreshed,and smoother. I will try anything to help prevent wrinkles, and am happy with my results so far. Going to continue to use this as a part of my skin care routine. -

As someone who can't stand having a weighty, thick product on my face I was ecstatic to try the Nutrogena Hydro Boost 30spf gel sunscreen! Most days I would rather go without sunscreen for fear of breakouts,and clogged pores. Once I applied the product to my face I instantly forgot it was there. It was not greasy, or messy, and I did not burn while out in the sun extensively. My skin felt hydrated without feeling as though and oil slick was forming on my face. I highly recommend it for those with sensitive skin. You will not be disappointed! -

The Nutrogena Hydro Boost hand Gel does the same for my hands. It is the perfect addition to my evening regimen for summer. Light smelling, non greasy. The gel soaks right into your skin. I use cleansing wipes daily to freshen up my skin,and remove makeup as part of my nightly routine. I travel frequently and I'm not one to turn in early so a good make-up remover is key. I found the Nutrogena wipes to be both cleansing,and moisturizing without leaving my skin feeling greasy. I have combination skin and there was no break out,and my skin felt clean. I would recommend these to anyone with sensitive skin as they are not highly scented. #gotitfree. -

I have natural hair which had never been coloured. However approaching my 40's the pesky little grey's are creeping up on me. I received the Schwarzkopf Hair Mascara in Dark Brown free of charge, from Chick Advisor in exchange for an honest review. The product comes in the same container a full size mascara would, which makes it easy to throw in a travel bag, or purse for emergency touch ups. Which you might need in warmer months as the product does have the potential to wear off a little. My greys are mostly around my temple area, and hairline. I found it easy to touch up these specific areas. The application was easy with a smooth consistent coverage and, the dark brown was a great match for my hair! I wouldn't recommend taking it through longer hair,as it will have a tendency to pull, ouch! I fully styled my hair prior to application, and would recommend you do it the same way so the hair mascara can fully dry. If you are trying to make it to your next colour, or just wanting to cover a few pesky greys, I fully recommend this product. -

This beautiful balm is incredible! I am already a huge fan of Eos balms but this is going to be a new fave I think. I wore it for hours on end and my lips stayed moisturized, and soft. The flavour is not overpowering but simply mildly fragrant of peach. I did not find it to be sticky or gunky just smooth. Not to mention the pretty, pink ,sleek packaging. I received a coupon to try these bars #gotitfree! When a went to purchase the bars the shelf date was only a few days, but it did not compromise the freshness of the product. I found the bars to be chewy, and soft. The ingredients were appealing to me I do love cranberries, and they were pleasing to the palette. The orange is a slight hint, not overpowering, and did not taste artificial. I enjoyed these bars as a snack mid morning, and they did keep me full until noon, so they are filling. I am looking forward to trying others in the Good & Simple line, as the items I have tasted were delish! -

I received a coupon as one of the lucky chickadvisors asked to review these muffins! #gotitfree. The product gave me about a week on the code date, and the product remained fresh as the day I purchased them with the coupon. The chocolate tastes excellent, and seems to settle near the bottom of the muffin which gives a sweet treat to every bite. I had the muffins both, as a snack, and a breakfast on the go. The individually wrapped muffins made the breakfast on the go an easy choice as it didn't leave a crumbly mess in the bottom of my bag. As a premade muffin I was pleased I had a fresh baked taste as if I had purchased it from a place such as Tim Hortons. I loved the oats on the muffin top it also added a nice touch to the flavour! I am looking forward to trying the other muffins in the Good and Simple brand! -

I was able to try the Nivea 3-in-1 Micellar water, courtesy of ChickAdvisor and Nivea Canada #GotItFree. I do enjoy the way the product felt when cleansing my face. It left my skin feeling fresh, soft and clean. I don't wear a lot of makeup, yet I found myself having to use two cotton pads, one for eye makeup and one for face. I have used other micellar waters in the past and they have done my entire face in one pad. I will continue using this product and maybe increase the amount I apply to the cotton pad, for better results. One thing I must say if it does in fact come into contact with your eyes, there is no burning feeling as I have experienced with other micellar waters. -
