If what you care about is quality and results, though, this one is for you. This liner goes on smoothly every time and doesn't budge an inch unless you scrub it away with makeup remover. It's everything you want in a liquid pen liner and then some. For bold black lines, this one's for you. -

Lately, I've noticed a trend. Shampoo costs are going up, but the quality isn't. Herbal Essences is great for, well, herbal smells. All of them smell amazing, that's nothing that can be argued against. Unfortunately, by the end of day one of using this product you'll feel like you have to wash your hair again. It will begin looking oily and tangle easily. It's also a tad harsh on dyes. Do yourself a favour: spend the $5 extra on a higher quality product, especially if you have dyed hair, and enjoy the improved quality. -
