This is a great hydro mineral mask that uses moor mud, calcium and magnesium to purify congested skin without leaving it tight and dry. I’d be lying if I didn’t say it was expensive but a little goes a long way. If you like the feeling of going to a spa and getting a luxurious facial than this is what you’re looking for. I treat it like gold because it’s expensive but my skin really likes it. It’s for all skin types and ages. If you love a good mud mask you’ll love this one. As you rinse it off you’ll find it gently exfoliates without stripping your skin. With all of this said, remember it’s an indulgence for people who have congested skin and need a moisturizing clay mask. If you have perfect skin, don’t waste your money on it. If you’ve tried everything and are wondering if this is worth it—the answer is yes! -

This “tint” is fantastic if you’re looking for something that gives a full coverage flawless look without dryness. It provides almost a dewyness but stays on all day. A little goes a long way and even though it’s thicker than what you’d expect a tint to be, it spreads nicely over moisturized skin. I find the colours blend well into many skin types without looking orange. If you have blemish prime skin you’ll appreciate the coverage it gives without drying you out. I use to use Bosica BB cream but now that I’ve found this and was looking for some extra coverage, I will not go back. -

Zelens Vitamin D oil was a purchase that I made thanks to Caroline Hirons, a skincare estitician and all around beauty guru. This product is not inexpensive, as it has to be shipped from the U.K. With that said, a little goes a long way. If your skin is feeling lack luster, dry or just struggling to renew itself than this is the product for you. It doesn’t sit on your face. It will absorb. I find my skin drinks it up. I haven’t noticed extreme changes but I’m still testing it out. This brand prides itself behind science to back up the effectiveness of its products. The science behind the skincare is there. It helps to fade spots, even skin tone and bring back a more youthful look to tired skin. Again, the drawback is the price but if you’re already spending a lot of money looking for the “right” oil you may, in the long run, save yourself some money by investing in this. -

Elta MD Clear is my new favorite sunscreen. It’s a physical sunscreen that absorbs like a dream. It goes on clear, is lightweight and absorbs quickly. It’s great for all skin but especially acne prone skin types. If you follow Dr. Sam Bunting, a very knowledgeable dermatologist, she raves about this product and it’s clear why. I haven’t found a better sunscreen suited to my skin and it feels good knowing it’s not a physical sunscreen. In Canada, it’s not labeled as a sunscreen, but instead as a moisturizer (Canadian laws say you can’t have both on the label) but let me tell you it’s a great product. My only regret is that I didn’t find it until now. My skin loves this. I wish it was more readily available and the bottle is small but you don’t need a lot for your face. It spreads nicely and doesn’t leave you with a thick chemical smell. Love it! -

Obagi Hydrate is a moisturizer for all skin types. It’s non scented, doesn’t clog pores and is lightweight. You can use it both morning and night. It’s a great hydrator if you’re using a retinoid but it’s also perfect for all around use. It absorbs easily and works well under makeup. Some people would argue it’s a little pricey for such a small bottle but a little goes a long way. I have yet to find a better moisturizer that absorbs as quickly as it does and yet still leaves my skin feel soft and hydrated hours later. Skin that’s been compromised or is acneic will especially love it because there are no irritants. -
