I couldn't find the spinach pizza near me so I'm reviewing the 3 Cheese Momenti pizza.
This personal-pan frozen pizza was very fast to prepare, tasted yummy and was decently priced. I served it to my family as an appetizer/side dish to our dinner so everyone got to try it. The crust got crispy very fast but my biggest issue was that it didn't cook in the center as nicely as I hoped. The center stayed a little too mushy with the cheese. It wasn't the crust just the cheese that I would have preferred to be crispier, but leaving it in the oven longer would have ruined the outer crust. So that was my only qualm. Otherwise, we really enjoyed it and would probably buy it again in another variety, pepperoni perhaps but it was easy to customize as a regular cheese pizza so that was fun. If I had been able to find the spinach one I'm sure it would have been just as delicious.

I loved getting to try this pizza kit! It was super easy to make the dough by just adding water to the mix and kneading it into a ball. Then you just let it rise for 15 minutes and form it to fit whatever shape you like. I split the dough and froze half for later use. It comes with 2 sauce packs so you can make 2 different kinds of pizzas if you want to do both at once or make it very saucy. I thinned the dough to try and get a thin crust but it actually was pretty fluffy either way. It baked really nicely, but I baked it a little longer than it suggested because it didn't look golden enough for us. All in all it was delicious. My whole family very much enjoyed it. It's even got a good shelf life so you don't have to make the kit right away. The kit was perfect for use in in many recipes it was a great price point as well. My only criticism would be that it should include a coupon or something for shredded cheese or toppings. Or it could include a suggested cheese/toppings suggestion with ideas. I would definitely repurchase the kit though. -
