I really enjoyed using the Vichy Aqualia Thermal Night Spa. I have incredibly dry skin, so it really helped with hydration during the harsh winter we had. However, I found it to be INCREDIBLY thick/sticky, even if I only applied a light layer, which made it difficult to use overnight since I would wake up with it smeared on my pillowcase. Overall, I prefer to use other creams regularly, but this is a great cream for extreme damage control! -

I love this shampoo! I'm constantly struggling with an incredibly itchy, dry scalp, and since I have dark hair, it's horribly obvious when I have dandruff and flakes. After using this shampoo for one wash, I noticed an immediate difference, even with my second (and third day) without washing. The only turn off for me is the colour (it's an opaque browny yellow) and the harsh chemical smell that stays with your hair, even days after washing. I tend to go back and forth between this shampoo and my regular, scentless shampoo to manage the flakes as well as to clean out the chemical smell from my hair. Definitely worth it (especially in the dry, cold winters!) -

It’s not the best cream I’ve tried, but most of the creams that work for me are specialty creams. For something available at the local drug stores, this is one of the best I’ve tried. It’s also unscented, which makes it a great choice before a day in the office or anywhere scent-free.
Another great thing about this product is that the tub comes COMPLETELY full. The entire tub is filled with cream. There are no air pockets or empty areas. It’s nice to know exactly how much you are getting in your purchase!
NOTE: I received this product for free for testing. All opinions expressed are my own.

I love that my skin doesn’t feel like there’s a film on it when I’m done using this product. It takes off all of my makeup (including waterproof eyeliner and mascara). I do find that there are tiny bits of makeup leftover in the morning, however, I think that if I gave my face a wipe with a clean cotton pad after using the micellar water, it would remove the remaining residue.
I would definitely buy this again! It’s my favourite makeup remover. I love to use it with reusable cotton rounds as to save the environment even more. The makeup mostly comes out if they’re rinsed immediately, and they don’t get gummed up like they do when using other makeup removers.

It’s messy. It can be gross. But leakage is virtually nothing (as long as you have it in correctly and you don’t overflow the cup). You can leave it in for up to 12 hours at a time. You can sleep comfortably in it. You can’t feel it (goodbye tampon string!). And it’s better for the environment.
The first few times are HARD. But don’t let it discourage you. Try, try, and try again. It’s so worth it. As much as choosing the Diva Cup wasn’t a conscious decision on my part, it was one of the best purchases I ever made.

I live a busy lifestyle, but amidst it all, something incredibly important to me is homecooked, healthy food. Sometimes, it’s hard to get that meal on the table when there’s so much on the go.
I was gifted an Instant Pot for my bridal shower, and I have not looked back!! The learning curve at the beginning is steep (and if you’ve never used a pressure cooker before, the first time is downright terrifying), but it’s worth it in the end. Once you get the hang of your pot, you can have a full meal on the table in under an hour, easily.
The Instant Pot won’t cut down on your food prep time. However, it cuts down on cook time IMMENSELY (soup in 10 minutes, anyone?) and also cuts down on your dishes, as it really can do it all. It’s my favourite kitchen gadget!

I have incredibly fine hair that never keeps any sort of style, short of blasting it with hairspray and making it into a glue helmet. My cousin is a hairdresser and introduced me to this hairspray when she was demoing my wedding hair last weekend. 3 days later, my normally pin straight hair still had a curl. I ran to Sephora to pick a can up for myself.
This hairspray smells great and keeps my hair styled, even after sleeping on it and after humid showers. Even better, it’s a flexible hairspray that allows your hair to move and not become a helmet. I am able to brush my hair without losing any of my style or having my hair do something strange. Bumble and Bumble claim that this hairspray has a “memory”, and it really does! Even if I mess it up, it goes back to they way it was the moment it was sprayed.

Let’s face it - we ALL need more vegetables in our diet. 10 servings a day is a LOT to eat! Amazing Grass boasts that this product gives you 5-10 servings in just one scoop. The flavour isn’t amazing, but what health product tastes great? This one is palatable, at the very least. It also mixes up nicely into a latte with some honey, and the taste is hardly recognizable!
I drink one cup a day religiously, and it has helped boost my energy as well as helped clear up my skin. I’m not a health supplement expert, but I’ve read that this product is not as concentrated as others. As far as I’m concerned, it tastes decent and is a fraction of other products on the market. It’s enough for me to drink daily!
If you prefer your supplements in fruit smoothies, the berry and goji flavour may be a better option for you. The original flavour doesn’t mix that well with fruit.

I love this product!! I purchased one over a year ago upon recommendation from my cousin, and it is one of my favourite household items. We can wash clothes in a fraction of the time, and now that we no longer rely on chemicals to help us clean, our clothes have come out softer than ever! I have also carried the laundry ball while travelling through China - it’s so much easier than buying or carrying soap, and it works just as well! -
