The thermometer was easy to use. It is very easy to read. It was great to check on the highs and lows of my older refrigerator. I have always kept a thermometer in the fridge but it only gave the reading at that moment! With this wonderful product I was able to see the highs and lows and able to be reassured my older appliance is still working properly!    -
