What a brilliant invention!!! I am by no means a seamstress or a sewer for that matter. In the past I've fumbled with needles and thread and now that my eyesight is slipping as I get older, it's near impossible to see the eye of the needle. This quick fix by Scotch is just what the Dr. ordered. I will and have already recommended this product that I received free from Chick Advisor to review. -

My son managed to put a huge split in his shorts. While I knew this was a bonding strip designed for hemming, I still wanted to give it a shot to test its 'staying power'. It wasn't until after I applied the strip that I realized that I couldn't possibly take the paper off or the strip would stick to his bottom.
All in all, it seems to be a great product that I would definitely recommend to others. I can't wait to find other items to hem.

I have a very deep fissure on my left heal. Every summer it dries out and cracks and can become quite painful to walk on to the point where I can't put pressure on my heal, and therefore walk with a limp which leads to other problems such as charlie horse in my calf. I thought this was due to wearing flip flops but I just can't stand having my feet enclosed in hot weather b/c my feet swell.
My pedicurist recommended Vaseline each and every night with sox at bedtime. I thought "no way! I cannot wear sox to bed, they won't stay on". Well the fissure was so bad two nights ago that I had no choice. Guess what....it's working! Yeah!
