I didn’t realize this was for overnight at first, so I used it during the day the first time. Still made my hair look fresh! I used it overnight while camping and my hair looked flawless in the morning. Plus the smell is soo good after it sits for a while. Numerous friends grabbed my head to take a sniff because it was so nice.    -
