Nice creamy textured exfoliator which smells fab and leaves your skin feeling clean and smooth. My daughter loves this exfoliator too so I’m not sure I’ll get any use out of it!!

I love a foaming cleanser so this is perfect for me. It’s a nice light texture and smells great. It definitely left my skin feeling really clean and fresh.

I'm starting to think I have ridiculously high expectations when it comes to mascara, as I'm yet to come across one I like. Asides from clumping my eyelashes together and making them black this does absolutely nothing for my lashes. It doesn't make them look long or like "falsies," at all. Very disappointing. -

I've heard mixed reviews about this product myself, it seems something you either love or you hate - and I am in the latter. I like the idea of the product, something that lets your skin breathe, and is actually good on your skin. What got me right off the bat was the smell of it. Maybe it's because I'm used to using products from MAC and Sephora (but since I'm on an unemployed student's budget right now, it's to the drug store with me), but I this threw me for a loop. It smelt very chemical, similar to a clinic or something similar. A pro is that as it's very liquidy it blends easily into the skin, even if it will take several minutes to dry.
Now for my real problem with this product - it caused me to break out. I haven't had acne in ages, and within a week or so of me regularly using this product I began to break out on my cheeks and my chin. I switched to another foundation to see if this made a difference and it did - the break outs stopped almost instantly.
It may just be my skin type, as I've heard that some people haven't had this problem. However based on the break outs alone I can't recommend this product. It really isn't worth the risk.

I tried N.Y.C.'s Lippin' Large on a whim, and it was love at first pucker. Unlike a lot of lip glosses I wasn't constantly aware that there was something on my lips. The fact that is has ginger and cinnamon give the lips a tingling sensation which is really quiet a treat. I also like the fact that it is in a tube as opposed to having a wand (which is really very unhygienic).
While I never noticed my lips looking plumper, everything else about this product is wonderful. Best part is it's incredibly affordable, and my in debt-student self doesn't feel guilty when I buy one.

I honestly don't know what I would do without my paint pot in Bare Study. I love the texture and feel of it on my skin, and the pigmentation is perfection. Not only is it an incredible shadow (which is also very good for highlighting), it also works great as a primer. When used as the latter my shadows come out with even more of a pop and a little sparkle to it too. -

I have a love/hate relationship with this program. While using it has paid off, it can be extremely cumbersome and frustrating to use. The program comes with several types of workouts programmed in, and a journal you can use to track your progress. There are all sort of exercises from cardio (dancing, boxing, etc;), to ones that target your arms (baseball, tennis), and your legs (lunges, in line skating). You can do custom made work outs, create your own, and there is also the 30 Day Challenge (which really is a challenge).
While I do feel like I did get some good work outs using this program, and being able to see my progress tracked was helpful - I have very mixed feelings about using it. The fact that it is a Wii program causes some problems. Sometimes the Wii remote wouldn't pick up on the movements I was doing, no matter how many times I tried. This then causes the "instructor voice," to tell me to keep doing it. Speaking of the "instructor voice," I found it incredibly annoying. It would talk over every exercise I did, and while I can see it being encouraging for some people (it often tells you "great work," "you can do it," etc;) I found myself often hitting the mute button. Especially when I was trying my hardest and the voice said I wasn't doing it hard enough.
In theory this is a great program, but I found myself more often than not frustrated with it. For work out junkies, this program may be a goldmine. For the rest of us not so much.

When I bought this product I had been swept away by a very charming and handsome sales clerk (asides from the blush I ended up buying the facial cleansing kit, moisturizer, concealer and a few eyeshadow, as a student the price was yikes). I got Desert Rose, and was initially swept way by the colour - not only was it gorgeous but I loved the hints of shimmer in the powder. The shimmer gave a healthy glow, and I'm the sort of girl who loves all things sparkles.
Of course then the problems came. The blush is a loose powder and sometimes this is just asking for trouble. No matter how careful I was with the container, the powder kept coming out because the holes were far too big. Now the top part is nearly overflowing, which makes an even bigger mess when I try and put the lid back on. The other problem is whenever I try to apply it powder gets everywhere - even if I try and tap the excess powder off. It gets on the counter, my clothes and my hair. This is very discouraging, and I've been using it less and less.
While the blush itself is lovely, the problems with the packing are both frustrating and annoying. I also feel that the constant messes are wasteful of product - for that alone I'd rather use a different blush.

I honestly don't know what I'd do without this eyeliner. It is one of the best gel liners I have ever used and is easily comparable to more expensive brands such as MAC. It goes on easy and has incredible lasting power. Some eyeliners bug my eyes, especially because I wear contacts for long periods of time - but I am yet to have a problem with this product. From my experience it also lasts a very long time, I've had the same pot for several months now and am not close to finishing it. Of course to me the best thing about this is the price, can't go wrong there. -
