It's really smooth and creamy.
Nice taste. A little sweet but it actually was really a nice sweetness to it. We've tried it with many mix ins strawberry and chocolate and we love a good ol fashioned cup of milk an each way it taste awesome. Not a real difference from our regular milk except it's so much better. Taste better than milk honestly and the upside didn't upset our stomach like regular milk sometimes does. My kids loved it. They couldn't stop drinking it. We've already bought more. Since trying it, it's become a regular bevarage we drink in our house.    -
