I was diagnosed as having the beginning of osteoporosis this year. My doctor felt that it would be better to try treating it with diet. I was told to increase my calcium. I haven't eaten yogurt for a long time as they changed the taste of the one I used to buy. But this yogurt is fantastic. It's rich, creamy, filling and I love the taste of the black cherry. It reminds me of the old Beatriz Fruit on the Bottom Yogurt. You don't need a lot to fill you up, but I eat the whole container myself because it's just that good.    -
