I can't say much about what it is doing for my immune system, but I did like the flavour of this tea. It was not bitter on the tongue whatsoever. Both the lemon and echinacea flavours were strong but did not overpower each other. It is a great tea to have on hand during flu season! -

It almost felt greasy by the end of the day even though it didn't look that way. For that reason, I will not be repurchasing, but I will be using it up slowly! -
