We just started using this a few days ago but I love it! My son had a nasty little diaper rash after a long road trip to see the great grandparents. I tried penaten, my usual go to, with little improvement. We received the zincofax unscented as a baby shower gift and never opened it so I gave it a go and I'm so happy I did!! His rash was so much better by the next day. -

Also, it's very thick and is difficult up fully take off the old cream at diaper changes. But if I let his bum dry before I reapply it clears any redness up within a few days. -
