I was selected to review this product by Chickadvisor and used it daily alongside the deep cleansing gel from this same line. Since my skin is very oily, a toner is an absolute must in my skincare regime. I used this once a day after washing with the deep cleansing gel. I applied it using a cotton pad. It has the same light floral scent that the cleansing gel has but after i apply it, i no longer notice the scent. I don't find this astringent to be too drying on my skin, but it certainly helps to keep the oil down. I have been using this for over a month now and I've used almost 1/4 of the bottle, so definitely a good value for your money. I can not say I have noticed a difference in the size of my pores at all, but it certainly does help my skin to feel tighter when I apply it. I will continue to use this alongside the cleansing gel, thanks for introducing me to this line! -

I was selected to try this face wash by Chickadvisor. I have oily and acne prone skin, so I am always on the hunt to find something that will help my problem areas! I have hormonal cystic acne that ive been struggling to get under control for several months now. I have been using this face wash twice a day for over a month now, and the improvement I have seen is huge! My skin is no longer shining with oil by mid afternoon, and Ive seen a huge decrease in the size and amount of pimples I get. Of course, I still have red marks from old spots, but my skin is starting to feel smooth. I love gaining some confidence back. The best part is, unlike most acne face washes, since this one is for sensitive skin, it doesn't leave my skin feeling totally dry and flakey.
A little goes a long way with this face wash! It foams quite well, so i dont need to use more than a quarter size amount to wash my whole face. After using it twice a day for over a month, Im not even finished 1/4 of the bottle, so it will last me quite some time, making it a great deal for the price you pay! The wash has a mild floral scent to it, which I enjoy, but those who are sensitive to scent may not. I can not smell the floral scent after rinsing my face. It comes in a pump bottle which makes it easy to dispense. My husband has even used it a few times and thinks its great. I will be definitely be purchasing this again once my bottle runs out! I wish i had taken a close up before picture to show how bad my skin was before using this face wash, but my skin was not something I wanted to look at close up. I look forward to seeing how my skin will look even better in a month from now!

I am always skeptical of products who claim to be able to do more than one job at a time, but this one actually works well as both a shampoo and a body wash. I wasnt certain that a foaming shampoo would do a good job cleaning hair, but it did. My toddler has very long, fine hair and my infant has only a small amount. They both come out with super clean hair, but the best part is how easy it rinses out. With traditional shampoo it takes several dumps of water on their heads (which is always their worst part of bath time) to wash it out. With this shampoo, i literally only have to dump water on their head once, and it rinses out. The body wash cleans well, and rinses off easy. I know the scent is supposed to be chamomile verbena but i detect a faint smell of mint. Regardless, the scent is not overpowering and it does not linger on their skin/hair when they are out of the tub. My son has cradle cap and it has not made that worse, nor has it dried out their skin. It is very gentle. We have also had this get on my kids face/near their eyes and it is no tears. We have been using this for baths now for over 3 weeks since we received it, and with bathing 2 children we have barely used 1/5 of the bottle. A little goes a long way. Will definitely be buying this again when our bottle finally does run out! Thanks for letting us test it out!

Winter has been hard on both of my children's skin (toddler and baby), so lotion everyday is key! My daughter has super sensitive skin, to the point where some creams "burn" her when we put them on. I have been able to use this on both of my kids daily since receiving it, with no problems. Neither one of them has reacted, and their skin is staying hydrated. Ive even been using this on my daughters face with no issue. The scent is quite light, just the smallest hint of shea butter. The lotion absorbs quite quickly and does not leave a sticky or greasy feeling behind. The big bottle with a pump is a big plus to me for quick and easy application. I would definitely buy this lotion again.

My son has super sensitive skin, so I have to be really careful with what wipes I use on him otherwise his bottom gets all red. These wipes were super gentle on his bum, and he didnt have any problems with them. I found them to be super soft, and did a great job keeping him clean. These were gentle enough i even used them on my toddlers face to clean up when we were out.
My only dislike of this product was how it opens. I prefer a pop top style open pack of wipes for easy one handed opening. I also had some difficulty getting the wipes to come out one after another, which is not helpful when cleaning a dirty diaper that requires several wipes.

I was very excited to be selected by ChickAdvisor to test Degree Women Ultraclear Black + white antiperspirant. I am a loyal Lady Speedstick fan, but i honestly am getting sick of the stains it leaves on all of my clothes. So many of my shirts now have a permanent mark in the armpits from their antiperspirant. I honestly thought all antiperspirants were the same, and that it would happen no matter what brand i use. I have been using Degree for over a week now, and not a single shirt I have worn has a stain in the armpit, not even on my white undershirt (which usually turns yellow). As far as scent goes (pure rain) it is quite subtle and not overwhelming, it smells very faintly of baby powder. I never find antiperspirants hold up to their claim of 48 hours, but this one comes close. I would say it kept me smelling fresh for nearly 36 hours. I dont have the thick, caked on feeling i normally get with Lady Speedstick which leaves me feeling sticky by the end of the day. My armpits stay dry, and i dont find balls of antiperspirant later on during the day. Sometimes i have to double check i even put some on because it doesnt feel like I have any on. Honestly, just for the lack of stains on my clothes, i will be switching my regular antiperspirant to Degree Ultraclear. Thanks ChickAdvisor! -

I was so excited to be selected to review Organic Red Rose tea. Red Rose tea was my grandmothers favorite tea to drink, so i have fond memories of tea parties with her as a little girl. My first few cups i drank black to be able to properly taste the tea, and i was impressed with how fresh the tea tasted. I prefer my tea very strong which sometimes can lead to a bitter tasting tea, but that wasnt the case with the red rose tea. The floral flavor was just the right amount, not too strong and not too weak. I was able to steep two strong cups out of each bag. I also like that the bags had no strings, making them easily compostable. After my first few times drinking this tea, i added milk and honey (the way i drank it as a kid) and it was even better than how i remembered it. A very smooth tasting, almost latte like, tea. Thank you for the opportunity to try this tea, such a perfect way to warm up this winter -

I was selected to try catelli supergreens fusili by Family Rated. When I got invited to apply for this campaign, this was the pasta I was most intrigued by and wanted to try, so I was so thrilled when I found out I had been selected for it. Catelli is our usually brand for pasta at our household, so I knew they made good tasting food and this was no exception!
Getting vegetables into my 2.5 year old is a serious struggle, so I'm always looking for ways to sneak extra veggies into her diet. She loves pasta though, so this was a serious no brainer. The shape was perfect for her to pick up with her fork, and by the end of the meal she was shoving it in with her hands. She loved the green color of the pasta, and thought it was so funny that it looked different than our regular pasta. I just loved that it contained 5 different vegetables in it, especially ones that she would never eat (green vegetables!). The taste was good, no different I thought than our regular whole wheat pasta. I will be definitely looking for this pasta at the grocery store when I do our shopping, it was a big dinner time winner for us!

I was selected to try Catelli Healthy Harvest Penne by Family Rated. Our family has had this pasta in the past and it's usually our to go pasta. The penne is a great shape for my toddler to be able to pick up and feed to herself. Pasta is a regular meal in our meal rotation here so it's important to me that it be healthy. I'm always looking for ways to get more fibre into my toddlers diet and this is a great way to do it. The penne tastes great, and we actually prefer its taste to regular old white penne pasta. I find this penne to be less starchy then regular pasta. The other reason this is our go to pasta is because I can get the box at costco, as we go through a crazy amount every week. Would highly recommend it! -

I got this product as part of a trial review from xy stuff and I gotta say I'm quite digging this whole line. The scent is not too strong but still leaves me smelling fresh and clean in not too overpoweringly manly kind of way. This body wash cleans well and lathers well. No complaints!
