This is my new favorite chocolate bar! It's like a gourmet Caramilk bar. The caramel in the centre is so ooey and gooey, its absolutely delicious to bite into. What makes this bar better then Caramilk is the richness of the chocolate, but as well, the crunch from the pecans. I ate this bar in one sitting without even realizing it. So tasty! -
This bar is perfect for my mid afternoon pick me up. It combines my favorite things, all different types of chocolate, and sea salt! Which is genius on chocolate, and so so tasty. And then add in coffee? Yum! I would eat this bar again for sure!

I was super excited to be selected to try this product from ChickAdvisor! I am always on the hunt for a better at home wax kit, so I was curious to try a wax kit with no wax strips! When I opened the kit, I was surprised again, by there being no lid for the wax. Apparently, this is how all of hem are sold, and I suppose it make sense, as the wax hardens when cool, so it won't spill anyways. The pot of wax is large, so I can see it being good for at least 5+ uses (I do full legs, and only have done one waxing session since receiving it). I had to adjust the microwaving times, since my microwave is quite powerful, and it would have left the wax too hot. You kinda have to mix the wax around, as it might still be a bit of different consistencies when it's done heating, but don't worry, it should all soften up after you mix it. Ok, onto the waxing.
As I always do, try to wax in an area of your house that would be easy to clean if the wax spilled (ie, no carpet!). I always put a magazine opened up under my pot just to try and pick up any drippings I might make. Ok, so the trick to using this wax is getting a good glob of wax on your stick, spreading it thin, and then leaving a little curl at the end in which you are able to grab. My first couple times trying this out, I left quite a bit of wax on the end to be able to grab it better, as I was nervous there wouldn't be enough to pull on. Wait until the wax is no longer sticky, and has cooled down, and then pull. Easy! If any of the wax didnt come off, I used the wax strip on top of it to try and pull it off. The package also came with some post waxing wipes, which are so helpful in getting rid of that sticky residue afterwards, I wish I could buy more of these as the package only came with 3! On a scale of 1-10, I'd say the pain was probably about a 6, regular waxing being about a 7 for me? Honestly, it was hard to tell the difference in pain. I had fairly short hair when i waxed (would usually have waited longer, but I had to get my review in), and it did a good job of picking up most of the hairs, very few were left behind. All in all, this is definitely a product I would try again, especially with summer right around the corner!

These tests helped to take the confusion out of trying to have a baby. In school they teach you that you have 28 day cycles and you ovulate on day 14; if you want to get pregnant, have sex on day 14. In reality, it doesn't work like that. I had irregular cycles and ovulated anywhere from cycle day 12 to 16. Without using these ovulation tests, I would never have found that out and we would have continued to miss out on the most fertile days each cycle. Unfortunately, we just experienced a loss of our twin pregnancy at 22 weeks, but when we are ready to try again, i will definitely be using these tests. They will be especially helpful while my cycle regulates post partum. -

I have been using this product for a little over 2 weeks, and I am extremely impressed. I have finally been able to get that "grungy/dingy" color of my white, and the are finally vibrant again! Plus those hard to remove stains, that I previously had to scrub and scrub at to remove from clothing, gone! Laundry time has never been so easy. I don't have kids, but an extremely messy husband, and so far the OxiClean has been able to tackle every challenge I have thrown at it. This is the only thing I have ever seen be able to attack the deodorant stains on my clothes. Definitely a product I will be keeping around in my laundry cupboard to tackle those difficult loads, and it will become a staple in my house when we have kids! I love how gentle it is on my clothes, and there is no stronger "bleachy" smell with it. Yay OxiClean! -

I received a sample of Downy Unstoppables in the mail a year or so ago, and I have been a faithful user of them ever since! I love the green/blue kind, and even my husband has agreed that the scent is suitable for men. My clothes keep that "fresh laundry" smell for several wears, and I adore using them on my sheets. I don't find the scent overbearing either, just enough that it keeps them smelling clean. I purchase them when on sale, and try to use a coupon, so price is never really an issue. A large bottle lasts our household of 2 roughly 2-3 months. I use them in addition to laundry detergent (typically unscented) and fabric softener (scented), and I can smell the Unstoppables over the softener scent. -

I have tried "sleeveless" deodarants in the past and have always been left feeling disappointed. They never get rid of the redness and bumps like they say they will, so I would prefer to stick to my regular deodarant, Lady Speedstick. This was not the case with this Dove product. I tried it for a solid 2 weeks, and became pleasantly surprised when I started noticing the tiny red bumps that are so standard for me from shaving, were starting to disappear! Not only that, but I noticed by hair started to grow in softer and less dark! What an added bonus!! The deodarant actually worked too, it protected me from wetness and odor!! Would definitely purchase this again. -

I was super excited to try this new product from Nair. What had me the most excited, was the fact that this wax was supposed to be removable with just water. I also liked that the strips were reusable for future use. And the third reason I really wanted to try this product was because I had heard sugar wax was supposed to less painful.
So my first impression. I thought the packaging was very cute and attractive. The product insert made the steps very easy to follow, and the little diagrams were very helpful. I had no problem microwaving the wax, and actually preferred it to other wax strips that I have used in the past including strips you warm in between your hands, or warm with a hair dryer.
For the actual waxing, I really enjoyed using this wax. I was super impressed it was able to pick up and remove my "shaved a week ago" hair on the bottom half of my legs, while it was also able to remove my longer upper leg hair. So far (1 week later) I have very minimal regrowth. I found the pain to be only slightly less than regular wax. I also have very sensitive skin, and it didn't irritate my skin like some products I have tried in the past.
Overall, I loved trying this new product, and will definitely be purchasing it again for summer time! My one dislike was the price. I almost keeled over when I saw the price $17.99 at my local Shopper's Drug Mart. I would only purchase it while on sale and/or with a coupon! Thanks for the opportunity to try this out :)

I mainly bought this scrub because I had a $5 off coupon for it, so figured I would give it a go. I have been using this daily for just over two weeks and I don't find it too harsh to use on my skin. You can definitely feel the "scrubbing" effect of the wash when using it, but it is not too abrasive that it leaves my skin red or irritated. I can't say I have really noticed a decrease in the number of blackheads I have, but I do find that my skin is less oily and much smoother, and certainly no new blackheads have formed. I have noticed a decrease in the number of pimples I get but could also be due to the fact I've been more adherent to my acne care regime. I also have millia around the corner of my mouth, and those have decreased in the amount that I have. There is little to no scent with this product, which has even enticed my husband to start using it and he likes it. Not sure this will replace my regular go to scrub (St. Ives), but it is certainly a product I would use again. -

I am an avid Oral-B Advantage toothbrush user, so I was very excited to try this toothbrush. I am usually not a fan of soft toothbrushes as I like a stiffer brush for the feeling of a better clean, but because of the plastic bristles, I don't notice the difference. I like the massaging feeling on my gums I get when I use this toothbrush. The size of the handle fits well in my hands, and makes it "feel" like a very expensive, heavy duty toothbrush, almost mimicking the feel of an electric toothbrush. Would definitely buy again but only when on sale or I have a coupon as I find it a little pricey for a toothbrush.
