I received this as a sample for review. I would have never thought about Papaya for gut health, but these do seem to work! they taste great, like candy but i can tell that they help to keep everything moving. almost too much at times! LOL being...   +

almost too much at times! LOL
being so tasty, they are easy to remember to take, but don't eat too many at once!
I will definitely go through the bottle and see how my system feels after that!    -
