KVD Vegan Beauty Tattoo Liner
This eyeliner is ok for the price. It applies nicely, very black and is definitely very easy to use. I love eyeliner in this pen form. It does seem to dry out quickly though, which is my only issue.

The scent is super coconut and tropical which I absolutely adore. The color is the perfect tone for a bronzer. It is so smooth when applied and literally feels like butter, as the name states.
