What I do is I curl my eyelashes and immediately apply the mascara. Then once that coat has dried, I apply a different mascara (usually Sephora) over top of it. Then once it's dry, I go over it again with an eyelash curler. That seems to do the trick. I really like dramatic lashes that still look natural.
Oh, and as for the vibrating feature? It's just a gimmick. I find that it's too rough on my sensitive eyes (especially on my lower lashes), and I just apply the mascara without using it.

This is my go-to mascara. It is natural looking, holds a curl, and is clump-free. Plus, it's inexpensive. By far my favourite mascara, and I've tried dozens of different kids. In my opinion, it beats out even the more expensive $25 mascaras.
