Ultra Luxury Eye Liner -Black
Eyeliner is my favourite when it comes to makeup. This Ultra Luxury is a twistable pencil instead of a Pencil to sharpen. Has really good color, easy to apply. waterproof. I use Avon Cream Makeup Remover, works fantastic!
