Woow these are great!! These arrived for me 2 days ago, I tried this specific flavor the other day after my 2 hour Zumba, before my 1 hour Weight Lift; these taste amazing! Not too sweet at all, amazing citrus Lemon flagor, Rich Real PoppySeed texture and flavor. I find these are a bit Pasty but the flavors blend very well together. I prefer Chocolate Peanut Butter's texture. But very good product. Filled me until Dinner. Effective efficient product. -
