I have always been a breakfast eater, still to this day I eat breakfast in the morning with my Daughter. In Highschool on rushed mornings I would have a Carnation Breakfast on the go but I found I was still hungry with them.
Later I tried it when I was very Pregnant and was so hungry at nighttime and during the night; would wake up every night not feeling well due to feeling like I was starving. I tried one of these at bedtime and I was able to sleep 7 hours without waking up hungry.
This stuff is good for Breakfast and before bedtime snack
