I've been using this for years, from my teen years till now. I use this at least once or twice a week and it really exfoliates the skin. Really helps remove all the dead skin cells and leaves the skin glowing and fresh. I also like to use it to exfoliate my hands, elbows and knees. A product that is definitely my favorite!    -
