This product works great for cutting cravings I use two sprays every 4 hours or so and have cut down my cigarette consumption so much . The mint flavor isn't too minty and doesn't leave a terrible after taste. Packaging is discreet and fits in your pocket. I HIGHLY recommend this to anyone trying to quit smoking -

The taste is not super desirable I think a mint flavor would be better Would recommend reading instructions and not chewing like regular gum made that mistake the first time All in all I would keep buying this to help quit smoking -

No more or next yo no more bleeding. The taste is not my favorite I find it's nit minty enough but with its helpful effects the taste is okay
