As far as feeling a significant difference in my muscle pain, I do not feel any. I play soccer at the university level so to say my muscles are usually sore is an understatement. Honestly it just feels nice to have a cream to massage the area.

If you need a little bit of extra storage for anywhere in your house then you NEED this! Also the wheels roll very smoothly across all of the surfaces that i have tried it on. -

It is very white when you first put it on but once you brush it through it blends right in. I used to use only baby powder but this product has changed my mind! I will probably try the one made for blondes next! -
