It is quite a dry formula that adds a lot of thickness and volume to my sparse lashes. It does not keep the curl as well as Covergirl Lashblast Volume in waterproof as there is slight drooping after you apply it, but if I use Lashblast as a base with the Rocket over it, it creates wonderful effects. I use a duo eye makeup remover and it comes off easily without tugging if I let it soak on my eyes with a cotton pad. I've been using it for a couple months and it is still as effective as when it was new.    -
