I am really enjoying this product. I have noticed a huge difference in the color of my teeth, which has been a huge concern due to my years of smoking. I have been using it alternately with the whiten plus strengthen toothpaste. It has really whitened them up, and there has been no sensitivity issue whatso ever. I do notice that I am not a fan of the taste of this one versus the other, but perhaps that is to be expected with the charcoal. I am still really happy with this product and will continue to use it. -
