I have taken this product before, and this one that was sent was not a capsule , but a regular pill type. I am reviewing both. It works wonderfully to prevent UTIs. These are efficient, easy to swallow. I especially appreciate that there is no extra fluff in the ingredients, no added colorants, gluten, dairy etc that can cause issues for people who have sensitive digestive tracts or allergies.

I would definitely recommend these to anyone who has urinary tract issues, and kidney stones as well (as these are often the cause for UTIs).
